Bin Rental FAQs

Common questions about our Bin Rental service

How are disposal fees calculated?

Disposal fees are charged based on the exact weight of the material you load into the bin. There are no minimum weight charges—you pay only for the precise amount you dispose of, right down to the kilogram.

How long can I keep the bin?

Your rental includes 7 days. Need more time? No problem — extra days are $15/day after the first week.

What items are not allowed in bins?

Some materials cannot be accepted due to safety and disposal regulations.

Where can the bin be placed?

The best spot is a firm, level area such as pavement or compact gravel. Sloped, uneven, or soft surfaces may still work but might need a quick review from our team first. If you’re unsure, please contact us—we’re happy to help.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pick up?

No, you don’t need to be present as long as we have clear placement instructions. We just ask that you’re available by phone in case our driver has any quick placement questions. This helps us make sure your bin is placed safely and exactly where you want it.

Will the bin damage my driveway?

To protect your driveway, our team lays thick plywood boards down before placing the bin. This prevents direct contact with the placement surface and eliminates the risk of potential damage.

What happens if I overload the bin?

To keep things safe, bins need to be below the top edges of the bin. If a bin is overloaded, our driver may not be able to tarp the load or pick up the bin until excess material is removed.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. We don’t charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, but we do ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so our team can adjust driver routes and scheduling efficiently.
